Add ElevenLabs

Finish the Twilio voice setup first. In the assistant’s Phone Settings, turn on Use Eleven Labs, enter the ElevenLabs API key, and choose Set Elevenlabs Key.

ElevenLabs streaming requires an active ElevenLabs plan. Keep the API key private.

Choose a voice

Choose Choose New Voice to open the available voice library. Listen to the previews and select Set Voice for the voice you want.

Custom and cloned voices must belong to you or be used with clear permission from the person whose voice is represented. Test the completed phone assistant for pronunciation, latency, interruptions, and disclosure requirements before production use.
