Connect inboxes for outbound and replies
Add sending inboxes, preserve reply detection, and choose whether an assistant may auto-reply.
Add a sending inbox
Open the sender or assistant settings for the inbox you want to use. Gmail and Google Workspace accounts should use an app password. Other providers need working IMAP and SMTP credentials.
For Gmail, keep the default server values. For another provider, copy the IMAP and SMTP hostnames from its documentation. Enter the inbox address and credential, then choose Connect Email.
Keep replies attached to the original conversation
Laserreach monitors connected inboxes for replies. An inbound reply stops the active sequence for that person and appears in the reply workspace. This remains active when automatic reply writing is disabled.
Automatic replies are optional and off by default for newly connected assistant inboxes. Turn them on only when the assistant has the right instructions, calendar access, and escalation boundaries.
Add capacity carefully
Additional inboxes can be connected as secondary senders. Assign sending limits and warmup expectations to each inbox. More inboxes increase capacity, but healthy ramping and relevant messages matter more than the raw number of accounts.
Disconnecting an inbox removes it from future sending. Existing leads, sent messages, replies, and meetings remain in the workspace.
